He’s a cheerful, up-beat television host, writer, MC, speaker and business owner. He's renowned for his high-energy and creative activity on shows such as TV3's Cadbury Dream Factory, Dancing with the Stars, and NZ's most popular youth show Sticky TV.
Founder of Screen Grab Ltd. media company, Presentation Trainer and events MC / speaker, Walter will be interviewing our panelists on their journey with ADHD. What has worked for them, what hasn’t? How can ADHD be an advantage? What can others do to help understand and support them?

Tom Little is a neurodiversity advocate, speaker, and business student at the University of Auckland. As the founder of Pūkare Ltd and a Young Neurodiversity Champion, Tom is passionate about reshaping how we talk about ADHD and other neurodiversities. He has delivered professional development workshops for organisations like UCOL, been featured on national TV in Attitude’s documentary "Wired This Way: Tom Little", and served as Grafton Hall President. Tom’s work is focused on building more inclusive spaces in education and beyond—led by lived experience, positive energy, and practical change.

Recently diagnosed with ADHD, Catherine is a Franklin local who balances business ownership with community building and creativity. She is the founder of Loom Shared Space in Pukekohe and the creative mind behind Composed, helping businesses share their stories through websites, blogs, and award entries. Since launching Loom in 2017, she has grown it into a thriving coworking space that fosters connection, collaboration, and professional growth. Her journey from freelancer to business owner has been shaped by courage, creativity, and a love of helping others grow—all while unknowingly carrying a hidden superpower.
Catherine is now learning to embrace both the challenges and strengths of ADHD and is discovering what it truly means to thrive with it.

Living in Tuakau with her husband Chris and their two children, Brock and Sky, Rochelle brings a wealth of lived experience and compassion to our community. Rochelle has navigated the journey of parenting children with ADHD with insight and determination—advocating for their needs alongside specialists and schools, while balancing her work in the medical sector and supporting her family. Over many years of attending the ADDventurers Parent Support Group, she has shared her story with honesty, reflection, and strength, offering encouragement to parents of children in both the primary and secondary years.
