On Saturday 4th March Runway was honoured to be invited to participate with other great local organisations that support our children to have a fun day celebrating our countries official day of celebrating the children of New Zealand. The event was held at the Nga Hau E Wha Marae, and was a day for all of the family to enjoy, with live music and entertainment, and of course food! Our 'guess the lollies in the jar' was a great hit.
It was also a time to be introduced to these other amazing local organisations that provide valuable support to our children and whanau's, and to learn about the services that are available to us all.
At our Runway stand everybody had an opportunity to colour a 'feather' to together create our ADDventurers korowai, which is now proudly hanging in the Pukekohe Police Station. It was a hot, fun & relaxed time with our community, enjoyed by all.
